Shipping

Please allow between 7-14 days for your order to arrive. It could potentially take longer than that due to Covid19. If more than 30 days have passed, email us at info@nosharpmedia.com to review the status of your order.

Our lengthy shipping times are due to the fact we ship worldwide and to do so, we must hold our inventory in international warehouses in order to lower the costs for us and for you.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is pretty basic…

  • You have 30 days after receiving the product to contact us and file a claim to return/exchange your product
  • If a refund is granted to you, it will be credited to the payment method that was used to purchase the product
  • We do not offer refund on any digital/non-physical products
  • If your refund claim is accepted, you will still be responsible for paying the return shipping. Once we receive the product back, we will start processing your refund.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for returned items.
